I AM DEAD TIRED. My first 10k run! It isn't very long as compared to 42k, but it is really long for me! Haven't ran in ages. Ever since I stopped training in school! But anw, it's a great accomplishment, so yayye!
NIKE HUMAN RACE! It's quite funny because it was so crowded and hence only a little room for running. Anw, I went with tzel! Haha, tzel, I think I saw you on teevee for a split second. LOL!

Ohgay, yesterday was also very productive. I finally did spring cleaning! WOOHOO! Got the dust cleared, got my bedsheets washed, swept the floor, mopped the floor, threw away all the unwanted things and made space for my new lappie! :DD
HOWEVER, I've not been academically productive. Haven't touched my notes since Friday! ): This week is going to be like packed to the max, cos I need to catch up with two weeks worth of work plus meeting for the YEP plus a meetup on friday plus lab report plus studying for the UPCOMING C.A WHICH IS JUST NEXT MONDAY! I also need to catch up with my sleep cos I've been sleeping late due to too much excitement! GAH, kill me please! I wish there was 48 hours a day. 12 hours of sleep and 36 hours to do whatever that needs to be done. I don't even have time to go shopping, or eat nice food. BOOHOO.
Plus my dad just brought a bigger table from hillview to accomodate my lappie. That means I have to reorganize everything again. GASPS.

Ate at Pepper lunch for dinner, had YAMI YOGHURT WOOHOO! Then I met Jess who then helped me lug the lappie for the rest of the night. And we tried shopping with these two big bulks. And the conclusion is, one should never be carrying any big bulks to shop. Shopping itself is already so tiring. Plus the weight you're carrying? Killer.
Hogay I think I should go to sleep like now. I'm getting used to typing on this keypad! So nice to type! Hahaha.

Third week of SCHOOL.
Okay, I'm going to stop complaining about school. School life is really quite vibrant and exciting minus the lectures and the stupid lecturer who can't speak/spell properly! Hope I wouldn't do so badly for my first semester!
I think I've become more and more impatient and more and more anxious. ): This isn't good. How now brown cow. I think I've become more unhappy. Like seriously, less laughter. I miss LOL-ING. Somebody, make me LOL!

ANOTHER SUNDAY WAITING GAME.
Can't believe I spent two consecutive Sundays waiting, queuing and waiting. Hahaha, this time, it was the queuing up for the stupid Nike race pack! Holysky, the queue at Clark Quay Central fountain was helluva loooooong I tell you. Me and Teo would have queued for a minimum of four hours if not for our saviour Xinyun! HAHAHA! My lucky day. Before that we queued for an hour or so. Being the untypical Singaporean, I lost my patience of just standing there and doing nothing (nothing to even read, unlike when you're waiting in the hospital). Haha, I went to call/search for familiar faces. And tadah I saw our saviour, near the collection booth somemore. LOL! So we went to cut queue. YAYYE. I know, it's not good t cut queue. But I seriously wouldn't want to wait for four bloody hours for something I have already paid for.
Anyway, I currently have a collection of five Nike bottles. LOL, out of which, four were given to me. Okay, this one I got today isn't really free, I indirectly paid for it.
Ohkay, off we went t queens to shop! But I bought nothing ): I need more clothes but I just can't seem to find any nice ones! ): Ikea for hotdog bun and then Anchor point to shop, but failed to get anything but bread.
Olympics is over! So sad, no more nice programmes to watch at random timings. Anw, I think the sportsmen and sportswomen in the olympics really deserved to be respected even if they didn't win any medals. I bet they've put in a lot of effort for this. Whoa, if only I had longer and more muscular legs. I might just be side by side with those people running! HAHA. If only. Probably in my dreams.

A DAY FOR A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS, in the hospital.
Recently I noticed a white spot on my pupil (fyi: it's the black part of the eye), so I went to the hospital, suspecting that it was a corneal ulcer. Then the doctor said to me that it wasn't an ulcer. He said it was a foreign particle stuck on it. He even said a corneal ulcer cannot be seen by the naked eye. I was like confused, because I did some research on it before consulting the stupid doc. So I was quite sure it's an ulcer! Waalaa, so I went to NUH, hoping to get the so called 'foreign particle' to be removed.
GUESS WHAT, I spent my entire day waiting and waiting, from morning until 6PM. Waited about half an hour for screening (to see if you have any syndrome or whatever), then another three hours to see the doc. The first doc I saw at that hospital also told me it was a foreign particle. What on earth, I didn't really believe that a particle can get stuck on the surface of the eye, even after much tearing and cleansing. Anw, he sent me to get the particle removed. Then the optometrist who took charge of me told me it's a corneal ulcer! ZZZZZZZZ, So I was right! Walau, what a waste of my time seriously. I skipped lunch some more! Anw, the optometrist applied anesthesia on my eye then used a freaking fine needle to scrap some samples off my ulcer. Yikes, it's almost like poking needle into your eyeball.
Okay, then all was fine until the anesthesia effect went away, my eye was like tearing and tearing, perhaps even more wounded than before. So I waited another 1 hour plus for the nurse to give me my appointment to collect my sample test. And then another 2 hours or so to wait for the bloody eye drops + medicine. WALAU. IT WAS AT THE A&E department some more! I'm somewhat disappointed with the inefficiency of the PUBLIC Healthcare. It I was on the verge of dying, I probably would have died before the ~8 hours of long wait. CHOY anws. It's not just me, it was everybody who had t wait for that long period of time. Even those with a bleeding eye. Ohmysky! I did nothing except watching Olympics on the teevee. Thank goodness for Olympics. If not I might have rotted and decomposed in the A&E dept without anyone realising.
& It's not cheap you know! $90 alone for consultation (after subsidy sia). Eat money! Daylight robbery! Expensive nvm lah, at least give better and more efficient service or something?! TSK!
Shit, I feel like some complain queen. BUT IT'S REALLY BAD. 8 HOURS IS A REALLY LONG TIME LEH!
Anw, so I've got corneal ulcer. ): No lenses for me for a period of time and eye drops to be applied each hour. So troublesome! So people, take care of your eyes! Especially those wearing lenses. CLEAN IT PROPERLY AND WEAR FOR ONLY 8 HOURS A DAY. LOL.
Okay, the ping pong match just ended. Singapore lost, but it's okay we've still got a silver! Yayye!

HAHA, what a patriotic moment. We finally got a medal in the Olympics after 48 years! WOOHOO, that's like after 12 Olympic games. Haha, anw, I was watching the 3rd set of the match on the bus, on my way to school. When I reached school and heard a loud cheering from the cafe, I knew we've won, woohoo!
Yah, today's a slack day cos there's no lectures/tutorials/practical for me. So I spent it sleeping and then playing vball in school. Yayye! But I better start studying soon because it is really stressful. What the heck we have to do cheemology of organic Chem. OHMYSKY THIS SUCKS ): And the lecturer is from Russia so he has a funny accent. He talks very fast with his accent. So you can imagine how confused I am right now. ):

Gymnastics, swimming, beach volley! That Phelps guy from US is damn amazing please. Bagging more golds than he had expected of himself. MADNESS! Anw, I rewatched the Olympics Opening Ceremony. Seriously damn nice, NDP pales (sososososo much) in comparison. But I heard parts of it on teeevee are 'photoshopped'! But who cares, nice can already! The Olympics on teevee is like my best friend now, school is soooo boring!

So stressful! The first day of school there's already new stuffs t learn. There's like stuffs we've learnt in JC but I've completely (about 90% at least) forgotten about them. Zomg! I feel so old, my brain isn't so good at remembering things anymore. ):
Anw, first day was a super boring day. Lectures from 8am t 8pm, with a long solid 4 hours of break in the middle. BOOHOO. Lousy timetable! I don't remember my first day of school in AC to be so boring. Like, totally no mood to talk or even play lol.
But on a lighter note, Tuesday's a slack day cos we only have two hours of lect. Then that's it, byebye go home sleep/study/swim!
Uni life is so expensive. So many different kind of books to buy for different modules. So probably at the end of the four years I can open a mini bookstore already. And the books aren't cheap okay! ): And it sucks having to choose which books to buy cos there's so many books out there for you to choose from! ROAR!

Super burnt! Sentosa yesterday, rag today, two consecutive days in the sun! That means uneven tanning, yucks. It also means my voice won't come back to me so soon. ):
Can't believe five days of camp just zoomed past again! It wasn't mighty fun because it is called OWEEK for some reasons. It means there's going to be talks on what will be going on in school and stuffs, so how can talks make your adrenaline pump? BUT BUT BUT, I must say the last two days were the best days of the Freshmen Orientation Week (FOW)! At least there was fun in the sun (: It's worth losing my voice again. And at least there are nice and funny newclassmates and seniors around. So everything went pretty well (just too much slack time).

Anws, the camps that I've attended (or am still attending) are getting slacker and slacker, lousier and lousier. Sports Camp was still the best ever!
Yah, I guess FOW is pretty okay, just damn slack because we have no rag to deal with.
AND I LOST MY VOICE DURING THE CAMP. Okay, but it wasn't because of camp. First time ever that I've lost my voice and it sucks! Cannot call/phone anyone because they cannot hear me. Get laughed at during flag day when I ask people for donation. Cannot shout/scream during games. Cannot eat chicken. Ohmysky! Miserable. I hope I get my voice back before school starts!
