One thing that I've learnt from the past few weeks is that people nowadays complain a lot, and people includes me. Sure enough, younger people complain more compared to older generations. Does it mean we're very individualised and self-centred?

I mean, we asked for it. We chose to put our foot into this shit, we should have known all these consequences are bound to happen, and when it does happen, we shouldn't keep ranting. Move on move on move on. Get over it hello.

Xiaojie, get over things, don't complain! I mean, you asked for it didn't you? Don't dwell on it just deal with it and move on.

In life many things don't go our way. Things don't change to fit us. We have to adapt and fit into whatever is there.

What it feels like moving into adulthood.

Responsibilities. Seriously feeling the weight. When you were still in school, you take on the responsibility of being a good student. You do your best and get the best results you can ever get. When you grow up a little more, you take on the responsibility of being a good friend, try your best to be there whenever your friend needed you. And a little more, you take on the responsibility of being a good daughter, a good family member - do something for the family.

Sounds like easy tasks?

No. Not when you get so irritated so easily. Lose your cool. Lose your patience. Lose your motivation. Lose your focus. Lose your sight. Lose your hope.

I feel so guilty I'm not doing a good job at these, how to achieve greater things like that?

Sorry friends and family, I promise I will try to be better. I hope I wouldn't lose my patience like that again. Can't believe I tsk-ed at my mom just because she asked me to help her do something so simple ): Should slap myself for that!
